35 weeks pregnant and I have a nasty head cold,I'm miserable. Is there any otc med other than tylenol that you took while you were pregnant?

Tylenol isn't cutting it. :(
I've never taken anything other than that....cause really, I know they say your not supposed to.
But have you ever taken any other kind of cold medicine that your doctor approved of? Yeah, I'm calling them in a bit..just would like to know other pregnant mamas experiences.

  • my doc always told me to take Sudafed- the original kind with the red lettering

  • Steam
    honey (anti-bacterial) mixed with equal parts cayenne pepper (anti-inflammatory)
    peppermint tea (peppermint is a decongestant)

  • all natural highland's kids cold and chough. they told me it was find. you can get it at walmart or online. i nkw it says kids but there is a dosage amount on there that applies to adults too. it worked really
