  • yeah i think your body is using up a lot more fluids than normal so you need more water

  • Thirst isn't a side effect of pregnancy, but your body is amazing! It has its own self-regulating system It could just be your body telling you that you are dehydrated and need more fluids. Blood volume definitely increases during pregnancy as well as your drive to urinate. You could be thirsty from all of the changes your body is going through. Important thing is to consume fluids because it prevents you from having false labor contractions. Hope this helps!
