What do you do to pep yourself up when you are feeling tired or run down?

Sometimes just propping up my feet for a few minutes can be refreshing but sometimes I need a little more. Other pick me ups for me are getting some fresh air or a cool snack. Peppermint foot lotion also does wonders! What's your trick?

  • Music helps me. Putting on something happy and bouncy and singing at the top of my lungs is usually enough to get me up and moving.

  • I walk my doggie. :-) Exercise,deep breathing,fresh air .....the best way to feel a whole lot better!

  • What I do is get on my bike and go for a bike ride.Or go for a swim.
