Is fresh spearmint safe during pregnancy?

I grow spearmint in my garden, It is very good in teas (pull a few leaves and let them soak in the tea a while) anyhow I am 5 weeks pregnant. Is it safe to put some spearmint leaves in my hot/cold tea? Just checking to make sure there are not adverse reactions to it while pregnant. Thanks
