  • He can be over fed. How does his weight and height measure up on the growth charts? If he's over 90%, I'd consider changing his diet a little bit. Don't cut down on the amount of food, just the calories. If he's within normal for his height and weight, he's just fine and don't worry, unless he eats til he pukes in his plate. In that case I'd stop him before that happened. Good luck!!

  • ever see the 2 year old that weighs something like 80 lbs? yes, anyone can over eat. In children, it's more of an over fed issue.
