Green Tea?

I have read that green tea will help you lose weight? Is it a certain kind of green tea? I found at the grocery store that Lipton makes green tea with citrus...is this a kind that can help too?

  • EGCG in green tea can help boost your metabolism, but only minimally. There are supplements that contain this extract in much higher amounts that will probably work better than the teas.

  • Tea in general is suppose to help, but it depends on quantity. Strait green tea with no additives will help you the most, they have antioxidants and it will help your metabolism. but strait green tea tastes gross.
