Seared Tuna over a warm watercress salad!
Tuna steaks marinated in your favorite asian spices. My hubby does the grilling so he knows when its done enough (we like it as rare as possible).
The salad is two head of watercress, one poblano pepper, some diced fresh ginger (to taste), and 3 green onions. Sautee the onions, pepper and ginger until cooked. Take off heat and add watercress and a little bit of lime juice. Stir continuoulsy until watercress wilts just a little.
serve with tuna steak on top of salad!
