Maybe water and an energy bar. There have been problems with electrolyte drinks. I live in Tucson where it is frequently over 100, dry, and people are active. You would think people would have problems with heat and there would be warning all the time but it's not that way. People just drink water and don't that big of deal about it.
I live near a big urban park and there are always people jogging, walking, riding bikes, playing with their kids, at the big dog park, playing golf, having get togethers, ect. It is great to see people out doing things. Kids are out in the heat and do fine. When I lived in IN parks weren't used.
