  • I agree, you should be fine if you use it today. The sell by date it just when the store needs to get rid of it, not when u have to eat it by

  • If you make it today or tomorrow it should be fine. Generally dairy is good for a week past the sell date.

  • A sell date isn't a use by date. Its fine to eat.
