  • Tuna Noodle Cassarole

    1-2 cans tuna
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk
    I guess amounts on the following ingredients
    Noodles (Less if you want it runny)
    Cheese
    Veggies (I use peas or mushrooms)
    Paprika, salt, pepper

    Just cook noodles and mix it all up. Bake at about 350 for 20-25 min
    If you dont like fish, you can replace with chicken, its also very good

  • Exciting. I have found recipes on boxes are often the best like lasagna, chicken and dumplings (Bisquick), oatmeal scotchies (butterscotch chips). Bisquick has lots of good recipes.

  • I adore Meringues, basically they are egg whites whipped to stiff peaks, with some sugar and pure vanilla extract. You pipe them onto baking parchment paper on a low oven temperature, about 250 degrees, and cook until they are dry and stiff. They have the most wonderful delicate taste and are very good with good coffee or tea. Good luck, they are easier then they sound.

  • Impossible Lasagna Pie


    1/3 cup ricotta or creamed cottage cheese
    3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pound ground beef
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
    1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup Bisquick
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    Additional spaghetti sauce, heated, if desired


    Instructions
    Heat oven to 400°. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Spread ricotta cheese in pie plate; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cook ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and the salt; spoon evenly over cheeses. Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until melted. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with additional spaghetti sauce.
