Gambling, is it a harmless pastime or a dangerous addiction?

  • It can be a dangerous addiction for some. My husband has an older friend who had a gambling addiction when he was young and he ended up robbing bank so he could get more money for gambling.

  • This happened when the man was in his 20's. He's in his 70's now and he often speaks out against gambling.

  • It touched my life. It can cost you everything you own and quite possibly your freedom if the person gets in too deep. To me, it's dangerous.
