  • From what Ive read online I dont think so...well not if you've had kids. Something about it stretches out your muscles and skin and it loses elasticity or something. Im getting a tummy tuck lol 2 kids took a toll on my body. Im going to work out and lose as much weight as I can before I get it done though.

  • yes, i've seen it done. just have to eat right and workout an hour a day, everyday.

  • LOL! I think it's a lot of hard work. And 90-something percent of diet plans fail. Yeah, that's disheartening but I think it could be done.

  • well i had three csections giving me three smart boys... i weigh about 180-190 and im 4 foot 11 too fat and too short to be fat...i think it can be done and as a matter of fact me and my bf are starting my diet soon... if i dont kick him out again first...

  • Yes, it can happen. I lost all my belly fat within weeks of having my DD. I didn't watch what I ate and didn't exercise. I breastfed for 16 months. I joined the gym last year and have done the ab maching in the gym a couple times a week and I now have a six pack. I think alot depends on genes.

  • SAYSMOM I ABSOLUTELY HATE YOUR GENES!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL... Or maybe I wish that they were mine... LOL. I have a big belly I had two c-sections. My youngest is 2 years old. But I look like I am at least 5 months.
