  • My car is 4 years old, BUT it's brand new to us. We've only had it for a few months. Same with Dan's car. It's 2 years old, but it too is new to us. I don't think we'll be getting any new ones anytime soon. Unless MIL decides she needs yet another new truck in a few years. Then I'll happily take the one she's got now.

  • We have a 97 Honda Accord w/ no ac-we live in a southern state where that's really a problem! & we have a 01 Toyota Tacoma. We went & looked at cars yesterday to replace the Honda :( its my car & while I know its gotta go we've had many adventures together & I'll be sad to see her go.

  • Mine is 1 1/2 years old. I expect to have it for at least another 8 years. Prior to this car I had traded in a 12 year old Pathfinder. We prefer to take care of and keep our PAID for cars/SUVs as long as possible! Only when they get to the point when they cost more to fix than they are worth do we get rid of them.

My husband is holding on to his "single guy" Pathfinder--now 14 years old with 300,000 miles on it....just for "Home Depot" (and related projects) runs! :o)

  • My car is a 2006 Buick LaCrosse and has only 41,000 miles on it so I think we'll be keeping her for a while our 1998 Buick Park Avenue we still have it was a great car and has about 130,000 miles on it. We have no intentions of getting anything new for a while we have a truck that my dh drives and a couple of clunker trucks also
