What diet do you recommend?

besides simply cutting calories. I've done that for ages.
Also still breastfeeding.

  • Weight Watchers. Their nursing mothers program is great and very effective. When I was breastfeeding my oldest, I went on it and lost 45 pounds in 5 months. I was never hungry and my milk supply was never affected.

  • ultimately you need burn more calories they you eat, and build lean muscle mass. Don't cut to many calories... never go below 1200 for sure... and add at least 3 days of cardio and 3-4 days of resistance training. You should see a difference with that.

  • with cutting calories, you need to find out how many YOU need.
    you also have to be diligent.

    other than that, i've had some luck with the zone diet.
