I freeze leftover lasagna, spaghetti, pasta dishes, casseroles in small toddler size containers for easy meals later on. I also steam veggies and put them in the fridge for a couple of days for easy sides. I often get thick sliced deli meat (salami, pepperoni, chicken, turkey, etc.) and dice it in chunks in the fridge...I do the same with cheese, so she often gets diced meat, cheese, whole grain crackers, carrot sticks, cucumber, sweet peppers etc. We do cheese sandwiches or peanut butter and honey on bagel thins quite frequently. Tuna Cups or Salmon Cups are a big hit. Just a little mayo and some crackers and a pickle.
