extra skin?

after my two kids i have lost all the pregancy weight and a bit more but i still have all the extra skin and it just wont go away. so not only do i have massive stretch marks everywhere (which luckly have faded quite a bit) but i have so much extra skin. how can i get rid or it or be able to tighten it back up?

  • drink lots of water.. try some massage techniques(or microdermabrasions are amazing for stretchmarks) to help the elasticity of the skin.. you may not lose it all this way, but it may help some. They also have products (moisturizers and such) that can build the elastin in the skin.

  • You can't really get rid of extra skin. You can tighten up the muscles, but if the skin is a big area, the only way to get rid of it is to have it removed.

  • lets just say i have more than one stretch mark that is about 1 inch wide. and the skin hangs down and just disgusts me. but unfortunatly i dont see cosmetic surgery anytime in the future i just dont have that kind of money.
