  • nuts, Kellogg has these 90 calorie bar that r pretty good they r about 15g veggies withe a small side of ranch. just about anything if you pay attention to the carb intake

  • Sugar Free jello! I ate SO MUCH! Anything whole whole wheat crackers and cheese. Dried fruit, ALOT of veggies and dip.

  • crackers with peanut butter, yogurt, a handful of nuts, string cheese and crackers, apples/bananas with peanut butter, cucumbers and carrots with ranch, sugar free pudding, a kids size Wendy's frosty (not the small - it's too many carbs, but the kids size fit in with my allowance)

  • the med school at UCSF recently did a study linking GD to a lack of vegetable based proteins -- it's in review.

    High protein veggies like beans, avocado, and greens seem to be the best.
