I've seen a couple of ladies on here saying that there S/O hurts them....

And I'd like to compose a list of excuses people have heard other people make for their abusers, so we can link them to it to see that it's all been said before...

  • Awwww, while I understand this can be frustrating for you ladies to hear it is very sad situation to be in and I don't find it appropriate to make fun of the reasons they make to not leave. While I am not in an abusive relationship, I once was years ago (my ex husband) and when I tried to leave him he beat me up so I know how hard and scary it is. I think it is kind of mean to make fun of these women without having been in their situation and if you have then it's even worse to make fun of them.
