What do you say to the doctors that keep giving you pain meds for the pain but not wanting to check and make sure my tubes are ok?

I had my tubes tied last year and I have been having problems since then.

  • I don't take any pain meds. There is a reason you are in pain, they need to find out why.

  • a bit different reason, but I had a dr who wanted to reffer me to a pain clinic after 2 year of me complaining of a dull or sometimes sharp pain during sex and finally after I denied, he did exploritory surgery through laporascopy and found I had endometreosis... keep being proactive no matter how long it takes

  • Have you tried being very specific? i.e. I do NOT want/need pain medication I need you to do x-y-z to check on this.

  • I have done everything. I told them my body is rejecting it but they keep saying that its nothing to do with you tubes.
