For those of you who smoke, has the prices driven you to the point that you had to give them up?

  • I quit 2 years ago, along with my husband and we see the prices now and it's blows our minds, and we think there's no way we could afford it now!

  • Not yet. I moved states about four years ago. They are not as expensive here in Virginia as they were in Maine when I left. I can still buy a carton of Camels for around $35. DH quit in January and he is really on me about quitting.

  • No, I smoke electronic cigarettes, so I pay MUCH less than I would if I smoked the regular ones. And my DH rolls his by hand... In both cases it works out to about $3 for 20 cigarettes.
