is it ok for babies to wear bug spray?

I am going camping this weekend with my ten month old daughter. Is it ok for her to wear bug spray?

  • Yes it is okay as long as she doesnt have any known reactions to other products for the skin. They make spray esspecially for babies.

  • I also wanted to add that they make bug spray WIPIES meant for small babies and children so that it is easier to apply. You just wipe them down with them.

  • i think it needs to be DEET free
    also maybe get the NON spray kind
    easier to apply and not accidently get into eyes, mouth etc

  • yes! the best one to use is the Skin So Soft one from Avon, i use it on my ds and he's 4.5 months old. it is great for sensative skin! i spary it on my hands then rub it on him, that way you don't risk it getting in her eyes or face. i do rub a little on his, neck, cheeks, forehead, and top of head. just keep away from eyes and mouth.

  • cali baby is great...kinda expensive and you can find thing at target. Im not sure about walmart.
