Are most people who are allergic to peanuts also allergic to other nuts or seeds like almonds, cashews, and sunflower seeds?

  • Not always, but people who have peanut allergies are more susceptible to tree nut allergies than people who don't have peanut allergies. It is still possible to have either and not the other.

  • Don't know, I've had tests from my allergist for my allergies, but I don't know if that kind of Dr. would do that. Mine are seasonal allergies.

  • Not always but if you are allergic to nuts, you should be tested for other allergies.
