  • chicken enchiladas?
    corn torillas
    chicken
    grean chille sauce
    olives
    cooking oil
    your choice of chease

bake the chicken breast and shred. heat the oil and place the tortillas in one at a time for about 5 seconds to soften. in each tortilla add about one once of chicken, olives and chease and roll them up. place them in a large rectangle cake pan, pour grean sauce over top, top with chease and bake at 350 for 30 minutes and then turn to broil to brown the top chese. and enjoy. it is very delicouse and pretty simple!

  • what sort of foods would be a little different? do you have anything on hand that you would want to use?

Stir-fry, fajita salad, baked spaghetti, fry up some vegetables bake some chicken and cook some wild rice, I'm sure I could come up with more, just wondered if you had a general direction you did or didn't want to go.

Sometimes I like to make some mashed potatoes then fry up lots of veggies and some ham add som worstershire sauce and seasoning then poor into mashed potatoes along with lots of cheese. It's like my skillet variation of shepherds pie

  • do you like lamb? or beef.. or even chicken.. try making a soup..
brown the meat first.. then take everything in that pot and put water in it or move it to another pot and boil..until the meat is tender.. adding all your seasonings that you like.. then add mixed veggies and any type of noodle.. makes for delicious soup
