  • Being as healthy as you can be will help tremendously! Drink at least half your weight in ounces of water a day, eat lots of fruits and veggies, only whole grains, lean meats and limit dairy and fats. Exercise as well, nothing too strenuous, but be physically active. Having a healthy body is your first step. Sugar and caffeine are your enemies! So is stress. Find a massage school near you and try to get at least monthly relaxation massages. Yoga, stretching, walking, other gentle relaxing exercises are best! *hugs* Good luck!

  • i agree with cassarah, except for the fats. you need good fats! cocnut oil, olive oil, nuts avocados and fish! since so much fish is contaminated, it would be good to take a supplement like fish oil or udo's oil.
i also think you should find a good chiropractor and get adjusted weekly. your nervous system controls everything...even fertility, so why not keep up the spinal health?
    good luck!

  • Sweet potatoes also cause hyperovulation, which either can cause you to ovulate more than once in a month or more than one egg at a time.
