does anyone know how to make roti??????

please say yes lol. i haven't been able to find a recipe for it. my hubby is guyanese and i am really good at making curry (taught myself since mil wouldn't teach me lmao). i really like roti and would love to know how you make it! there has to be some carribbean mommas out there somewhere lol!

  • In French cooking, "roti" is just roast. Oven or slow cooker, I have recipes for lots of "roti"

  • lol, in carribbean cooking roti is a flat bread with some split peas in the middle. i think you cook it on a griddle or frying pan

  • Get an Indian roti recipe from the web. You'll have to use a broiler feature on your oven. It works best if you have a separate broiler selection.
