  • I pick Ross, I tend to like the selection better at Ross. I also like Marshalls, they have a different selection, but higher prices.

  • I find better quality at TJ Maxx. I can't even walk into our Ross, I'm allergic to something in their store and start coughing and sneezing the minute I walk in there. It's too bad, because I used to find some pretty good deals.

  • Never heard of Ross. I love the whole family of TJX stores. I used to work in the District Office at AJWright and learned the ins and outs of TJX. Marshall's gets all the high-end merchandise, TJMaxx gets the middle collection and you can find merchandise at AJWright that came from places like Penny's and other big box stores. They have great buyers and appeal to all different types of shoppers. Working for TJX completely ruined me for shopping elsewhere! LOL.... I miss my job there and the great deals!

  • We don't have a Ross here but I have been to one, I think I like TJ Maxx better. But Ross had cheaper prices from what I can remember.

  • TJMAXX! i love their 'homegoods' section. most of the Ross stores i've been to are really disorganized and dirty..i always find clothing that is ripped, or damaged, or dirty. gross! always messy, like the management doesn't stay on top of keeping things in there proper place.
i'd rather go to a garage sale than a Ross store.
