  • Thanks for the heads up! I had no idea of what to pay this young lady & she wanted me to give her whatever I wanted. So I wanted to be sure I was not low balling her no overpaying her.

  • I have 4 kids under 7, and we have always paid $10/hour.

  • Our babysitter is only 13- she's sort of in training! lol but we pay her $5 for 2 hrs- kids have always been in bed and she just sits here watching a movie or something for my husband and I to go a mile away and do our grocery shopping at night.
