  • Although I have a friend that is depressed and says he's rather be depressed with someone than alone, i have to say alone. Being with someone only causes arguments, hateful words, and more things to hate about your situation! So I hope you do what you think is best for you!

  • Maybe you are miserable because you are with that person, you may be if you are not. But if you happen to be miserable anyways then you might be depressed. Personally I'd be alone also. at least i have no one to blame.

  • For me, I pick alone and miserable. After my divorce I was truly alone and miserable. But life gets better and things change. Life goes on. You grow and you get past it. You just have too, and on the other side is a brand new life. Ive been on my own raising two kids for 7 yrs, if I didnt hold on to hope, where would I be now?

  • Much rather be alone and miserable. Sometimes, we are miserable because we need to do some spiritual growing, and a lot of times we need to be on our own to do that.
