  • Not really because theyre very high in sodium and sodium makes you retain water. I'd try just cutting back calories and eating fresh, whole meals... Not frozen processed goo.

  • There are is ton in sodium in those frozen meals so even if you lose weight it can significantly raise your blood pressure. I suppose though, if you only ate one meal, 3 times a day along with exercise you could lose. Though you could just as easily do that with 3 healthy homemade meals. Frozen meals like Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, etc. aren't any better for you (in fact sometimes they're worse) they're simply more convenient. They don't contain any magic weight loss ingredient lol.

  • No. You don't get enough nutrients from microwaved foods. You need fresh foods as well.

  • Out of all the Frozen prepared dinners, Healthy Choice meals have the lowest amount of sodium & fat, less sodium than a 1/2 can of soup even. I checked this myself. You will lose weight if you substitute these for fast foods or regular fatty foods. Just eat one for dinner and low fat foods & fruit during the day. They are really tasty too.

  • For weight loss to happen calories consumed has to be less then calories burned. So you can lose weight by this method, but seriously do you want to live on frozen meals 24/7? Yuck. You would be much better off counting calories and exercising to create your calorie deficit.
