IntraUterine Insemination. It's basically where they bypass the cervix. The man has to go in and give him "sample" and then they thread a thin tube through the cervix into the uterus and inject the sperm in there. It's supposed to help the sperm when there are troubles with the cervix or cervical fluid. They don't have to try to get through that, they just have to swim up through the fallopian tubes to get to the egg.
