Ok im having a real hard time having a BM (bowel movement) and im not sure what to do.I drink alot of water and everything,and im all out of ideas,someone please help,thank you.

  • Drink juice, eat raisns or prunes. I think that will help.

  • oh honey i feel ya you can try what i did its natural and alot safer than laxatives and crap try yogurt plums grapes and tangelos they are natural laxatives they all work for me

  • Prunes and lots of water. Also, walk as much as you can. Moving around helps the bowls move down easier.

  • OH yeah...I would go a week to a week and half before going. It got bad I called the doctor and he said to take Colace Stool Softner...That did the trick!!!
