I ran out of eggs is there something else I can you to dip my chicken in before I bread it?

  • Plain yogurt, greek yogurt, thin coating of mayo, or just use ice cold water and flour. GL!

  • Milk, buttermilk if you have it is bettr. If nothing else just plain cold water.

  • anything wet, honestly. The goal is just to get the breading to stick. Dredge them in flour, than dip them in milk/cream/buttermilk, then bread.

  • melted low fat butter, or canola oil add a little grated Parmesan cheese to your bread crumb mix for a little extra flavor!
