This is so not right.

A man comes to his girlfriends apt. He gets there by saying he has to help her, but she isn't that attached to him. (1st mistake) He brought beer, they have an almost 3 mo old child. He drinks. She isn't into having any more children and thought this was a helpful vistit, he turns it into a control issue. She wants him out and he won't leave so she pushes him while heading him to the door. Shuts door. He's out. He calls the police. What did she do to deserve to be arrested other than protecting her baby from his abuse to escalate and possibly more abuse. The baby went to her sis's for the evening and she gets 2 days in jail.... wow (mom of child)

  • that makes no sense she should not have gone to jail if anyone should have it would be him...

  • right. the man was there, drunk, the beer bottles were in the apt and the cops saw she was fine, and talking great, perfect not one bit disoriented, and that man was set free, let off the hook, drunk, troubling her for sex, and she was not interested. I feel that the reason so many guys get involved to have a woman is just to simply use her for all he can, and once he gets his sperm involved again, he takes over, she very easily could have been raped!! That man was there getting drunk. How stupid was that. He surely had no right to go there and the female cop even admitted that even though the..."man was in the wrong many other times for starting things up, he was still in the right", ((and she was set up and sent to jail. "))

  • My guess is you haven't given us all the details. I'm guessing either she hit him or something and left a mark, and he didn't leave any marks on her? Or she completely wigged out on the cops? Or maybe she had some warrants or something?

At least that's the usual things that lead to that.

  • Yeah, something is missing here. And did you read about this somewhere or is this someone you know. It's really hard to say who is at fault for what without really being there. And it's not illeagal to be drunk around a baby.(probably not the best idea though)

  • But so what if she wanted to not have sex. Why wouldn't she!!! For starters she just has one baby. And now 3 mos. later she didn't want more, so he should not be there to bother her, perhaps he was the only one with the phone. What if he did this knowing she had no phone, pushed his way into the apt. and that was why he was the only one with the phone, .....really?
