  • I have had much success with the Healthy for Life program and the results with my clients have been amazing. However, this is NOT a diet. I will not recommend something that will fail 99% of the time. People want RESULTS and they want to be healthy!

Watch this video at to learn about the Healthy for Life program and shed those unwanted pounds.

  • It's really not healthy to lose that much in just two months. When you lose it that fast, it generally comes back pretty quickly. I lost 32 lbs, but it took me 6 month to lose it with a healthy diet and exercise. And I have been able to maintain my weight since July. Check out the group Losin' Weight in 08! They have great ideas and are very supportive. Good luck!

  • The faster you lose the quicker you gain it back.
