how do i better my iron besides prental?

i was told i had low iron what else should i do instead of taking the pills
i dont really eat to much meat
and im sooo picky about what i eat
specially now that i pregnant

  • Here is a list of high iron foods:

    Keep in mind that Vitamin C helps the absorbtion of Iron - so make sure you're getting plenty of that as well to put your Iron to use.
