Child Support....

Ok so my hubby never sees his first son and his ex and him were talking about him signing over all his rights to her sign he never gets to see him anyways. My question is would he still have to pay child support because that's one of the reasons they wanna do this is because he needs the money and she doesn't and she said if he signs over his rights he doesn't have to pay anymore and thinks she's full of shit. Is it true or not, we live in Ohio if that helps any. Please don't answer if you just gonna bash or if you don't know, thanks!!

  • No he wouldn't have to pay child support. He's signing over his parental rights which means he has no right or responsibilities to the child.
