how can i help my son hear

i have a 2 year old and he had to have tubes put in his ears at age 8 months cause he was constantly having infections the tubes never helped had constant trouble he has a hard time speaking i have had him to the doctor and they said his tubes came out and he has no infection but keeps clear fluid on his ears they wouldnt do anything about it i need to help my son learn to speek he trys very hard but cant pronounce anything the way it should be and he seems to hear when i speek its hard but he can and i would like to help him by teaching him any ideas on how to go about working with him or any web sites to help

  • also antibotics dont clear it and he cant get rid of the fluid it is something i have to work around they said

  • Have you been to see an ENT? You need to have a hearing test for your son. Also, contact your local public school and ask for a pre-school speech evaulation. Good Luck!
