  • My son is 1 and he eats whatever we eat thats cut up small for him. He doesnt like pasta though lol. I did find that he loves the Morningstar veggie burgers, he like the California style one that has avacodo in it, were not vegetarians but I figured it was a good way to sneak in some veggies. He also loves omlets and he can pick those up himself and if he doesnt eat alot I give him a yogurt after dinner cuz he will always eat those.

  • Whatever you eat that isn't too spicy or hard to chew (Steak).

    Tuna Casarole
    Baked Beans
    Cheese Quesadilla
Peanut butter Quesadilla (Just peanut butter spread on half of a tortilla. Fold the Tortilla over, cut up, and serve)
    Lunch Meat
    Hot Dogs, Brauts
Soup - I cook the canned soup (Chicken Noodle, Chicken Noodle and Rice, Veggitable, etc) like normal, then drain the liquid. Let cool and serve.)
Fresh Fruit (Even Apples if they're a little soft)

There are some ideas for you. A toddler on solid foods can eat generally what you can eat just in smaller portions. As well as cut to bite size pieces for easier eating.

  • Your child will eat whatever they see you eat. Except smaller portions.
