for the ache moms after a workout

so i read at a magazine that if you drink a few gulps of pickle will help relax your tight muscles and no aches i wonder if ti works just though i would share with you guys

  • I googled, and it appears drinking pickle juice is a "time-honored" home remedy for muscle cramps. :)

  • Maybe it is the salt in the pickle juice to help replace electrolytes lost during the exercise, or maybe the vinegar is to change the chemistry somehow. Never heard of it, but I'm interested. I stretch after exercise and am never stiff or sore.
