Whats the oddest thing you child likes to eat, that you thought they wouldn't?

For my five year old its Cabbage... he loves it. He also loves Steak, he'd eat steak every night if we would let him

  • Brussel Sprouts, Asparagus; Cabbage with Corned Beef; Cod; Salmon; Beets; Sauerkraut; Liver n Onions; Steak, of course; Lobster; Salad; ...son likes Calimari but then basically if it crawls or swims in the ocean, he'll eat it. Their favorite snack is a can of pitted black olives. They have a few dislikes but not many, it's pretty much a "they'll eat whatever doesn't eat them first" thing.

  • My kids are picky eaters, so they aren't adventurous eaters. My youngest son likes ketchup on his salad, which is weird, but other than that, I can't think of anything.

  • My son loves raw kale. My teenager asked to have beetburgers (thats 3-4 beets ground up and added to the ground beef) more often.
