did you graduate highschool?

Did you just drop out, get your ged or did you go all the way? What will you encourage your children to do?

  • Yes, I did. Frankly, I've never had a reason for it though. I hope my kids finish school or at least get their GED, but there really isn't a need for all that unless you plan on going to further your education. I have never had an employer ask, nor do I need one as a business owner...

  • Yes, I graduated high school and college, as did my husband. Both of my sons graduated from high school. My grandchildren are in 1st and 2nd grades now but they already know graduating is their job. It is expected.

  • I graduated high school. I do not recommend dropping out. Most community colleges do offer help with the GED. The test is harder than it used to be. I know there are some circumstances where people feel like they don't have a choice.

  • Yes I did, and as long as my children live under my roof they will not drop out. But also i will raise them were dropping out isn't really an option. They can do accelerated programs that are offered by the schools if they feel it's too much of a waste of there time. That and I will point out my cousins who dropped out and what it's done to their lives. I don't think it'll ever be an issue it'll be natural what they're raised with. I hope they're like me and never see that as an option.
