So I have been ready my Total Beauty book.
I was looking at a lot of herbs that are helpful.
Like for example :
*Chamomile is for relaxing.
*Peppermint: To help your digestive after a meal. Headaches, achy stomach, stimulate your brain.
Rosemary, sage, ginger were other herb named.
So any great tea ideas?
