  • i have the same thing but i never had problems conceiving. but you could try putting a pillow under your hips or on your hands and knees. that may help

  • We tried for 7 months to get PG with a tilted uterus...not unusually long really... WE finally got it using a OPK, a glass of wine-each, adn a pillow under my butt after for 15 min. Don't know if any of that had anything to do with it but hey. It worked.

  • I would ttc starting 7 days from the start of your period and keep going until you get a period! Then if you get another period, wait 7 days and try try again!

  • some site I read recently suggested sex "doggy style" with you on your hands and knees was the best position for a tilted uterus

  • Doggy is best and then prop hips on a pillow after. TRY TO JUST HAVE FUN ALSO!

  • If it tips toward the back then do it doggy style. It will put the sperm closer to the cervix.
