ways to deal with anxiety ?

i have an anxiety disorder along with other mental health issues and im just lookin for ideas to try for coping and handling anxiety at home and when out in public .

  • I used a Hypnotherapist. He helped me a great deal.

  • I have to try to mentally reassure myself, or I grab my son and hug him....that or try to call my mother or a friend, you just need to try to get your mind of of it... but trust me I know it's hard, sometimes it feels like thoughts are invading my mind ( if that makes sense) GL!!

  • go for walks OUT side....being in the fresh air really helps and so does the exercise. the more you sit around inside, the worse you're gonna feel.
