  • I didn't think they would do that. They should look at it like this and what it truly is he is serving and protecting this country. Is there more to the story.

  • Not able to be done! We a military, he has ro have a family care plan, and if hr did not make one, then another person can file for temporary custody!

  • sorry i guess i should have put more.... they granted the mother 100 percent because they said that it would mess her(daughter) up mentally ... the mother said that she was afraid that he would kidnap her... even though he is in the military... his daughter is no longer allowed to visit or stay with him overseas they had 50/50 now he is only allowed visitation on his ex wifes terms when he comes home from leave. :(
they changed the order so he no longer has 50/50 nor will he get summers or major holidays it is just what the mother feels fit.

  • The courts are horribly biased toward the mother. I wish I could say that this is the first time I've heard this, but it's not. I am so very sorry you're going through this, what an awful thing to do to a father and child.

  • Thats just how life is honey. You CANT have custody if your in a foreign country at war. He must not of had a supportive family, or the family or enviornemnt the child would be in while he was away was not found suitable for the child for him to loose his rights. Your just the step Mom in the courts eyes. Its not right, and its not fair, but it is what it is. and it's CRAZY
