Ultrasounds are pretty accurate...there is a lot more than just size that comes into calculations when determining a due date. Just because you measure big doesn't mean that your baby has developed past 34 weks yet. It probably means that the baby is a little larger than normal, as AliciaO stated.

Of course...but not likely at this stage in your pregnancy. As I just stated, a lot more than size that comes into calculation when determining a due date. The farther along you are, the more accurate the US due date will be. If it IS inaccurate it will only be so by a day or two. Two weeks is very unlikely.
10lb babies are not that uncommon.

If you are asking if a lage baby could increase your chances of Cesarean Section, it all depends on your body size and pelvic bone width. If you are a small framed person with narrow hip then it does increase your chances of cesarean section. If you are a larger woman with wider hips then it COULD increase your chances but not as much as if you were a smaller woman.
