Is it ok

If I give my 8 months old oats porridge as dinner daily as he seems to like it.

  • I personally avoided cereal. I think your child is old enough to be working on other foods, but that is my opinion. GL!

  • Mix in some fruit and make sure your baby is getting experience eating other foods w/ nutrients and various tastes throughout the day. I stopped oatmeal about 7 mo. and there was no turning back. My understanding is that the earlier you expose them to foods you eat, the less picky an eater you will have.
