What do you do to lose weight?

I need motivation and I am having a hard time starting. We will be going to Miami then Jamaica for Christmas and I would love to be thinner/healthier! What is your work out routine, what do you eat or NOT eat?

  • To start there are many different ways. If you want lots of detail join my goup Don't eat the take out or drive through stuff, don't drink the soda, cook home cooked meals, and any activity you do really can help!

  • I am really bad about dieting. I never do it in a healthy way. Exercise helps. I get on the Wii Fit and Wii Active to workout.

  • Pilates, Cardio, and Yoga for excersise.
    Eat small portioned, well balanced, three meals a day. No soda. Minimal snacks, being one-two during the day. Healthy if at all possible.

  • I did Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism workout. It is HARD CORE!!! I lost over 20lbs doing it. I went from 135lbs to 112lbs...(I'm only 4'11") I still do that workout about 3 times a week. Any more than that and I would continue to lose weight. I also tracked my calories at   I can't speak any more highly about this workout, it is AMAZING!  Not only did I lose the weight, but I'm stronger and much more cut.
