I need motivation and I am having a hard time starting. We will be going to Miami then Jamaica for Christmas and I would love to be thinner/healthier! What is your work out routine, what do you eat or NOT eat?

I did Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism workout. It is HARD CORE!!! I lost over 20lbs doing it. I went from 135lbs to 112lbs...(I'm only 4'11") I still do that workout about 3 times a week. Any more than that and I would continue to lose weight. I also tracked my calories at http://www.everydayhealth.com/ I can't speak any more highly about this workout, it is AMAZING! Not only did I lose the weight, but I'm stronger and much more cut.
