  • On your side. I've heard left side, too, but you can't help how you move while you sleep.

  • On my side with a small pillow under my belly. The boppy pillow would fit perfecty under my belly and between my knees.

  • whatever position you can actually manage to get comfortable in... some nights i have slept sitting in a recliner because it hurt to sleep on my side... one night the only way i could get comfortable was to sit on the ottoman (which i pulled up to the side of our bed) and lean my head on the bed, letting my belly hang down (my baby likes to climb up under my ribs!)
