  • Shepherds pie (ground beef on bottom, creamed corn in the middle and mashed potatoes on top--I like to sprinkle some Old bay on top of the mashed potatoes and then throw the whole thing in the oven for 15 minutes)

    Swedish Meatballs

    Stuffed Peppers

    Meatloaf muffins

    Taco salad

  • I take crescent rolls and roll the cooked hamburger meat with shredded cheese and cream cheese (you could add veggies or taco seasoning or whatever floats your boat - sour cream, whatever) up in the rolls and bake them. You have to bake them a little longer than you do when you make the rolls plain by themselves, but they're my husband's absolute favorite!
