  • Shepherds pie (ground beef on bottom, creamed corn in the middle and mashed potatoes on top--I like to sprinkle some Old bay on top of the mashed potatoes and then throw the whole thing in the oven for 15 minutes)

    Meatloaf muffins

    Taco salad

    Chili

    baked ziti, stuffed cannelloni, pasta and meatballs........basically any pasta dish

  • Go to http://www.supercook.com/ and type in your ingredients...it will give you a list of things you can make.  I love that website.  You can also do that at http://allrecipes.com/ and actually type in things that DON'T have or want to use.

  • I made Asian meatloaf the other night and it was yummy!! You could also make spoonburgers or sweet and sour meatballs with peppers, onions, potatoes and pineapple. I have the recipes if your interested

  • I take crescent rolls and roll the cooked hamburger meat with shredded cheese and cream cheese (you could add veggies or taco seasoning or whatever floats your boat - sour cream, whatever) up in the rolls and bake them. You have to bake them a little longer than you do when you make the rolls plain by themselves, but they're my husband's absolute favorite!
